We will gladly refund items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original state: unused, unaltered, and with original packaging. Shipping cost is non-refundable. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay for the return shipping costs.
Please note that if it has been over 30 days from the date you received your item(s), then we are unable to accept your return.
We will refund items if they are damaged when received, please send us a picture to Customerservice@Theslidecase.com and one of our customer service team members will get back to you within 2 business days.
For returns from USA, please use USPS standard domestic shipping
For returns from Canada, please use DHL standard shipping
For returns from other locations, please use the most economical method that comes with a tracking number from your country's postal operator
After we have received your returned package, we will refund your order within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 4 weeks before you receive the refund. In many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. Please note that depending on the shipping speed, it will take 6-20 business days before we receive your returned package at our warehouse in the USA.
